How far in advance should I order flowers for Mother’s Day?
We recommend placing your order as soon as possible. The sooner you place your order, the sooner you can secure the flowers you want. When customers place their orders at the last minute, they risk not being able to have the exact arrangement they may desire. This is due to limited supplies and a high order volume during Mother’s Day. As florists fill orders, various flower types begin to run low or go out of stock. This often results in flower substitutions when needing to fill an order in a short time frame after the order has been placed late. When flowers go out of stock, shops are at the mercy of the shipping trucks that will bring in their fresh flower shipments for restocking.
It’s best not to place yourself in a pickle and provide yourself the security of locking in the flowers you desire as soon as possible.
Do I order my flowers online or in-person?
Feel free to come by our shop or place your order at your convenience online.
Online, you will be able to explore your options, select your favorite flowers, order, submit payment, and set a delivery date for your flowers. After you have chosen your flowers in the ordering process, you will be able to provide any card messages or specific delivery instructions.

It is best to order your flowers for Thanksgiving as soon as possible. This can help you secure your desired flowers and ensure their delivery date. Select the flowers you wish, place the order early, and set the delivery date to your anticipated date in the future. This is a smart shopping tactic to beat the other customers to the supply of flowers and avoid order complications caused by low supply during high order volume periods.
The later your order is placed, the riskier your chances are of receiving the exact florals you want. As the time draws close to Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving week, specific flower supplies begin to run low or go out of stock. Once flowers start going out of stock from filling a mass of orders, the shop will heavily be relying upon the flower shipments to come in to restock. If an order is placed too late, this can often result in flower substitutions to an order.

Absolutely! Some customers enjoy picking up their flowers to avoid a delivery fee or to hand-deliver their gift themselves. It is up to you if you would like your flowers delivered to a specific address. Do whatever you find convenient for you. We enjoy getting to meet and greet our customers when they walk into BENNY'S FLORIST & GREENHOUSE. While you are in the shop, you can always feel free to ask us any questions you may have or inquire about future arrangements.
Can I request a flower substitution in my Valentine’s Day arrangement?
BENNY'S FLORIST & GREENHOUSE would love to provide you with the flowers you desire. If you are interested in customizing or substituting specific flowers or flower colors in your arrangement, please contact us to provide more details concerning your request. Oftentimes, during this special occasion, various flower types can go out of stock and we will be waiting for our delivery truck. If your flowers of choice are available, we would be glad to provide you with that personalization. During high order volume holidays, we encourage you to place your order in advance or as soon as possible to secure your specific arrangement or requests.
Will my flowers be delivered even if no one is home?
When you place your order with BENNY'S FLORIST & GREENHOUSE, you have the ability to provide instructions for our delivery drivers. Select a date of delivery that is best for you. If something changes concerning your delivery needs, please reach out to us and we can work with you to set up a better time or day to deliver your flowers.
